White Spruce Vacation Rentals is a small, family company owned by Jeremy and Cassandra Vincent. WSVR currently provides guests access to two beautiful rental properties nestled in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains.
Located in Wilmington, New York, our vacation homes offer Adirondack luxury just minutes from Whiteface Mountain and Lake Placid. Since 2015, WSVR has been dedicated to offering guests exceptional accommodations at reasonable prices.

The owners, Cassandra and Jeremy Vincent, live and work in the beautiful
Whiteface region.
For the past 30 years, Jeremy has been a maintenance and construction manager at a 4 diamond resort in Lake Placid, New York. Cassandra works as a high school and college educator in Plattsburgh and Clintonville, New York.

White Spruce Cottage was built at 3 White Spruce Way in 2015 by the owners, Jeremy and Cassandra Vincent. Every detail was addressed, from granite counter tops to comfortable linens and unique, tasteful décor. WSC is truly a one-of-a-kind vacation rental, with its flipped floor plan, beautiful yet comfortable décor, mountain views, and close proximity to many popular Adirondack attractions. You will not be disappointed!
Graystone Cottage was purchased in 2018 and completely renovated. GSC features a fully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, rustic maple cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The living room boasts a beautiful stone fireplace, updated with a gas fireplace for safety and convenience. Along with completely new bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor, a unique loft area was added with a queen bedroom, sitting area, half bath, and twin daybed room.
White Spruce Cottage and Graystone Cottage are both 5 minutes to Whiteface Mountain and 12 minutes to Lake Placid.
